All refunds will be refunded back to the Credit Card / Debit Card used to initiate the Registration procedure.

All private data including Payment Details and Credit Card information will be transmitted securely using 256 bit SSL technology. This is the same level of security available through your web browser when connecting to your Internet Bank provider.

• • Refund of Registration will be made only against the written request by e-mail or post submitted before 15th October 2016 to the conference secretariat.



• • From 15th October 2016 onwards, no refund request will be entertained by the secretariat.



• • 25% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.
